The official Monaxa login screen is the client portal at account.monaxa.com. Use the button below to go to the official site, then choose Log in.
Go to the official Monaxa site (log in or open an account)
- Save your bookmark under the official domain (account.monaxa.com).
- Do not enter from email or social media links. Use your bookmark or type the address.
- Check that the login screen URL is the official domain and shows the padlock.
- If you forget your password, use the forgot-password link on the screen to reset it.

Steps to log in to the Monaxa client portal

Enter from the header on monaxa.com. Entering from the official site instead of an email link makes it easier to avoid fake sites.
- 02Enter your ID and password
Enter your registered details and password, then click "Login". On a shared computer, do not tick the box to remember your ID.
- 03Check the account you opened
Once logged in, check the account type and whether it is MT4 or MT5. Go by what the portal screen shows.

Use the platforms page on the official site or the portal's instructions. Do not use files distributed by third-party sites.
- 03Gather the three details
Prepare your trading account number, password and server name. Check the server name in your account notice.
- 04Enter them and check the connection
Enter the three items on the login screen. After connecting, check that prices are moving.
If you reuse a server name from another broker's example or a search result, the login fails. If you cannot find it, give your account number to live chat and ask.
What to check if you cannot log in
- Check for full-width (zenkaku) characters, upper and lower case, and extra spaces from pasting.
- Check that you have not entered the portal ID in the MT4 or MT5 account number field.
- A dedicated bonus account has its own account number, so check that you are using the right one.
- Check that the server name matches your account notice.
- If it is still unresolved, contact live chat (24 hours, 5 days a week) or email.
When you contact support, include your account number, the platform you use and the error shown. Do not tell anyone your password. Before responding to a message claiming to be official, check the official domain.
