What to do after registering with Monaxa

Follow these steps in order

1. STEP1

   Log in to the client portal

   Enter through "Login" on the official site, with your ID and password.

   • If you forget your password, use the reset link on the login screen.

2. STEP2

   Submit your verification documents

   Submit an ID document and a proof of address. Document names and review time are not stated officially.

   • Prepare the documents the application screen and client portal ask for.
   • Enter your name and address exactly as they appear on your documents.
   • Submit images where all four corners and the text are readable. Avoid glare and shadows.

3. STEP3

   Check the bonuses

   There are two standing bonuses. Both apply to deposits into a dedicated bonus account (checked 2 September 2026).

   • Lifetime Bonus: 30% of the deposit. Cumulative deposits up to USD 20,000, bonus cap USD 6,000.
   • Welcome Bonus: a single first deposit of USD 25 into the dedicated account receives USD 50.
   • Bonus accounts use a 30% stop-out, up to 1:500 leverage, and VPS is prohibited.
   • The bonus itself cannot be withdrawn. Withdrawing removes it in proportion.

   Make your first deposit

   Deposit from the Funds menu of the client portal. The minimum deposit is from USD 15.

   • Pro is from USD 50 and Zero from USD 200.
   • Fees and timings by method are not stated officially. Check them in the Funds menu of the client portal.
   • Deposits into regular accounts do not qualify for the bonuses.

   Start trading on MT4 or MT5

   Log in to MT4 or MT5 with your trading account number, password and server name.
